Disassembly steps of metering pump
1 Preparations before disassembly and repair:
① clean up the surrounding site of the disassembled pump, and there should be enough operating space and a place for stacking disassembled parts
② prepare tarpaulin or similar cushion for placement of disassembled parts
③ prepare detergent or gasoline for cleaning oil stains on parts
④ prepare necessary testing tools and replacement spare parts for important and vulnerable parts
⑤ before disassembly and inspection, the valve on the inlet and outlet pipeline of the hydraulic cylinder must be closed first, and the residual pressure of the pipeline must be removed, and the residual liquid in the hydraulic cylinder cavity must be discharged
2. Assembly and disassembly sequence:
three parts of the pump: hydraulic cylinder, transmission box and motor (base plate), ① close the inlet and outlet pipeline valves → ② disassemble the pipelines → ③ disassemble the hydraulic cylinder parts → ④ disassemble the transmission box parts
3. Disassembly of hydraulic cylinder components of plunger metering pump:
first screw out the plunger from the crosshead, remove the flange bolts of suction and discharge pipe and the nuts connecting the pump bracket with the hydraulic cylinder, remove all hydraulic cylinder components from the transmission box, and then remove all parts in the pump cylinder block in the following order
1). Pull out the plunger from the stuffing box, unscrew the packing nut, remove the packing gland, and take out the sealing packing and plunger bushing
2). Remove the pressure plate of the suction and discharge pipe, and take out the valve sleeve, limit piece, valve seat, valve ball or valve and spring in turn
4. Disassembly of hydraulic cylinder components of diaphragm metering pump:
move the plunger to the middle stroke position and screw the plunger out of the crosshead. After removing the flange bolts of the suction and discharge pipe and the nuts connecting the pump bracket and the hydraulic cylinder, remove all the components of the diaphragm hydraulic cylinder from the transmission box, and then remove all the parts in the pump cylinder in the following order
1). Dismantle the safety automatic oil replenishment valve group (M-type) or safety valve (MF type), pull out the plunger from the stuffing box, unscrew the packing nut, dismantle the packing gland, and take out the seal. 2). Remove the pressure plate of the suction and discharge pipe, and take out the valve sleeve, limit piece, valve seat, valve ball or valve and spring in turn
3). Disassemble the cylinder head and cylinder block, and take out the limiting plate, diaphragm, gasket, etc. in turn
5. Disassembly of transmission box components:
1) Unscrew the oil drain plug, drain the lubricating oil in the transmission box, and remove the cover plate at the rear of the box
2). As shown in Figure 1, remove the motor, take out the coupling, unscrew the compression nut of the worm bearing seat and bearing cover, and take out the bearing cover, bearing, worm and oil extractor from the transmission box
3). Open the cover of the adjusting box, remove the compression nut of the adjusting box, and rotate the adjusting nut counterclockwise to withdraw the adjusting screw rod from the adjusting nut; Take down the adjusting box, then take down the adjusting screw rod component from the upper sleeve, and then remove the upper sleeve from the transmission box
4). Remove the compression nut at the pump bracket and remove the pump bracket from the transmission box; Open the upper cover of the transmission box, take out the crosshead pin from the box body, and then take out the crosshead
5). Take out the n-shaped shaft and the eccentric block, connecting rod, upper ring of eccentric block, etc. sleeved on the n-shaped shaft from the transmission box with an inventory of 208500 tons over the same period LME. The disassembly sequence of this part is as follows:
a) Remove the adjusting nut, n-shaped shaft bearing seat and bearing, and then remove the eccentric block upper ring and end bearing from the n-shaped shaft
b). Pull out the eccentric block sleeve sleeved on the eccentric block, and take out the needle roller, connecting rod, gasket and eccentric block
6). Turn the transmission box upside down, remove the lower bearing cover of the transmission box, and divide the worm gear, lower sleeve, bearing, etc. into wedge-shaped fixture (referring to the fixture with inclined locking principle structure), clamp type fixture (referring to the fixture with single-sided or double-sided rib jacking principle structure), winding fixture (referring to the fixture with sample locked by winding), eccentric fixture (referring to the fixture with eccentric locking principle structure) Lever type fixture (refers to the fixture adopting the structure of the lever force amplification principle), shoulder type fixture (refers to the fixture suitable for the shoulder sample), bolt type fixture (refers to the fixture suitable for testing the rib strength of bolts, screws, studs, etc.), 90 ° peel type fixture (refers to the fixture suitable for two samples to take out the hanger from the transmission box, and then take out the lower sleeve one by one.
